Hi all I will keep this brief.I have PTG symbol shown on dash( power tailgate fault )I have tested with md802 and fault code of B1378 exists stating tailgate right side sensor cct malfunction.Honda accords are so I have read are prone to issues with various tailgate faults.Key fob opens t/gate but will not close with fob,will open with internal dash button,and manual operation ok.I've seen various discussion groups but mostly abit unprofessional obviously due to lack of manuals for my vehicle.I would very much appreciate any help please......Re Malcolm -

Very common for these is for the wiring loom along the ns upper tailgate hinge to
break, also these are sometimes ghost faults and disconnecting the battery for 5 mins
can often cure it.
They also suffer from weak lifter rams which makes the tailgate control module throw
a hissy fit due to extra pressure on the motor gearbox.
